Three new mid-rise residential buildings will offer affordable rental housing for individuals and families in the Ottawa area. The client – Ottawa Community Housing (OCH) – is a non-profit that provides social and affordable homes to 32,000 residents, making it the largest social housing provider in Ottawa and the second-largest in Ontario. The curtain wall on the lower floors is GlasCurtain Thermaframe 7. The punched openings are by Inline Fibreglasss. General Contractor is Pomerleau.
