The Red Deer Polytechnic Student Residence (formerly Red Deer College) is a shining example of innovative design and community well-being. This award-winning educational complex showcases a striking all-wood structure, punctuated by seven thoughtfully-designed communal spaces that foster meaningful student interactions and boost mental wellness.

Equipped with a cutting-edge, south-facing vertical photovoltaic (PV) facade and high-performance fibreglass-framed curtain wall system, the project not only elevates the student experience but also sets a new standard in environmental responsibility. Conceived by Reimagine Architects (formerly Manasc Isaac), it proudly meets the rigorous LEED v4 Gold standards.
