Project
Slave Lake Legacy Centre
The Slave Lake Legacy Centre is owned by the Wildfire Legacy Corporation and is operated by the Town of Slave Lake. Built as part of the recovery efforts from a devastating 2011 wildfire, the Legacy Centre holds a theater, commercial kitchen, two meeting rooms, and rooftop daycare, all of which serve as a focal point for a renewed community transformation. This building – designed by Reimagine Architects (formerly Manasc Isaac) – is a testament to the resiliance of the Slave Lake community and was completed in 2016.
