Overlooking the historic Ottawa River, Westboro Beach is a popular spot on the Ottawa side. The National Capital Commission (NCC) is working to transform it into a livelier, more dynamic area, enhancing the well-being of its residents and enriching the experience for visitors. Central to this vision is the new pavilion, designed for year-round use. This zero-carbon structure will offer community spaces, a restaurant, and public restrooms!
