Designed by Coles Architecture, the Cleantech Innovation Centre (CIC) in Georgetown, Prince Edward Island, is a 44,000 sq. ft. hub for research, education, and industry collaboration in the province’s growing cleantech sector. Home to the Cleantech Academy, this forward-thinking facility will provide students and professionals with the tools to accelerate the path to net zero.

As the world’s highest-performing Passive House-certified curtain wall for cold climates, Thermaframe 9 PH delivers unmatched thermal efficiency, drastically reducing heat loss and condensation risk. By replacing conventional aluminum framing with fibreglass, the system significantly lowers embodied carbon while enhancing long-term durability and occupant comfort.
